Sydney Marriage Celebrant Services
Apart from weddings there are so many other things to celebrate in life. From naming ceremonies, civil marriages to funeral services, Sydney Marriage Celebrant Philip Holland can guide you through creating a ceremony, service or celebration you will never forget.
At the moment in Australia same-sex couples cannot get married legally (hopefully that will change soon!) In the meantime I can create a Commitment Ceremony to celebrate the love between two people which, while not a legal ceremony, is still very meaningful.
I am often asked by my couples to celebrate the arrival of their new baby with a Naming Ceremony, similar to a christening but not necessarily religious, and a great way to welcome a new member into the family. This can be not only for babies but for newly adopted children as well.
RENEWAL OF VOWS
Many couples have asked me to help them celebrate their marriage which has been going for years, with a Renewal of Vows. This a great way to reaffirm your love for your partner.
FUNERALS, MEMORIALS and LIVING WAKES
I also perform Funeral or Memorial Services for parents or friends and in this way I can help people to accept their loved one’s passing and celebrate their life. This can also be in the form of a Living Wake, where someone with a terminal illness can be present while their life is celebrated by their loved ones.
